These walks are held once a year on the second Sunday in December. Remember our loved ones and walk together to honor them.
What is A Walk To Remember about?
Each year a memorial placard with your loved ones picture & a special message will be set along a pathway for a memorial gathering to honor your family.
A moment of silence followed by a candle lit walk-along will begin at sunset.
This event is our way to say thank you for the opportunity to serve you & to say that your journey is not walked alone.
This is a community event that we hold on the second Sunday in December each year. Even if we did not have the privileged to serve your family we are extending invitation to have your loved one join us year after year.
Your placard will be included each year unless you elect to take it home with you at the conclusion of the event. You are welcome to bring it back the following year or even create a new one to be ordered.
How can I sign up?
To participate in this years event simply call your Family Service Advocate & fill out your order form.
