Services for Lucy Irene Culp, 68, of Belton will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Young’s Daughters Funeral Home with Bro.Tim Weddle officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Lucy Irene Fisher Culp, died on September 20, 2021 at a local hospital.

Lucy Irene (Fisher) Culp was born on October 3, 1952 to Henry Stevenson and Lucy Herriman Fisher in Mexia, Texas. She became a proud mother in 1969 to her first daughter. She graduated from High School and furthered her education as a Certified Nurse Aide. She had her second daughter in 1973. She married the love of her life; Ruben Dee Culp and together raised their family. They spend their time traveling, fishing and collecting shot glasses along the way. Lucy loved the beach and collecting seashells. Her greatest life lesson she shared “is to take it to the Lord in prayer”

She is preceded in death by parents; husband of 19 years Ruben Dee Culp; one brother, Junior Fisher.

Survivors include her brother Johnny Fisher, three daughters; Kathy Fisher, Vicky Campbell and husband Blaine, Lisa Culp; three step-sons, Terry Culp, Kerry Culp, Toby Culp; four grandchildren, Kayla Fisher and fiance Tanner Carlock, Blaine Campbell, Bryant Campbell and wife Edna, Brittany Campbell; eight great grandchildren, Airyonna Lyons, Amiyah Bilbrey, Cooper Carlock, Eden Campbell, Brylee Campbell, Ezekiel Mahoney, Everett Mahoney, Lucas Jr. Marquez.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Young’s Daughters Funeral Home located at 4235 E. Bus 190 Temple, TX 76501 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm
